I was nominated to host Etsy’s first ever internal design conference, “Etsy by Design” in December 2020. Leading up to the day of the conference, I worked with our external speakers, internal Product Design leadership team, and event coordinators to define the theme and tone of the conference in order to provoke thought, nurture our team’s growth, and elevate the quality of our work at Etsy.
